Is Candida Causing Your Acne?

Candida is a form of yeast that is found in the body. Yeast can become an issue when there is an imbalance between the good and bad bacteria within the body.  Everyone has both good and bad bacteria in their body.  When the bad bacteria overpower the good bacteria i  When Candida becomes out of control in your body it can weaken your immune system, affect the bodys ability to eliminate toxins, and affect proper digestive functioning.  So, how is this related to acne?  Well, Candida basically feeds off of sugars in the body.  It then converts the sugars into toxins which can lead to acne breakouts and  an overgrowth of bad bacteria throughout the entire body (including the skin!)

Many acne sufferers have been put on an antibiotic at some point to help control their acne.  Well, this may seem to work at first, but it can actually cause more problems down the road.  While the antibiotic does kill off the bad acne causing bacteria, it also kills off all of the good bacteria that helps keep the bad bacteria (i.e. Candida) in check.

In order to get rid of Candida yeast overgrowth and return the body to a natural healthy balance it is imperative to cleanse the body of yeast overgrowth.  Aside from eliminating foods high in sugar from your diet, you can also increase your intake of certain beneficial supplements.  One product that I recommend for cleansing yeast from the body is ProbiCell.  ProbiCell is an advanced probiotic supplement that helps eliminate the body of yeast overgrowth.  It also helps prevent the adverse effects of candida detox and increases the amount of good bacteria within the body to help combat and balance out the bad bacteria.  Essentially, ProbiCell is a combination of probiotics, prebiotics, and special enzymes that help rid of the body of acne causing Candida overgrowth.  If you think that Candida (yeast) is causing your acne, give it a try.  Its a natural way to help balance out your bodys natural defenses against potential acne causing bad bacteria.
